Help identifying ID discs

Hi. I'm a total babe in the woods when it comes to ID discs. Seems to be a wild and crazy area.

Can anyone help me understand more about these 2 examples that I've had for many years?

Hi,

The second one means: "Fliegertechnische Vorschule Leipzig-Großzschocher"

After quick research it seems that at this "Fliegertechnische Vorschulen" mostly young men, about 14-15 years old, started a apprenticeship in different jobs related to airplanes, preparing them for the Luftwaffe.
Metal airplane builder, machine fitter, electro mechanic etc. …
After about 4 years of schooling they had to sign up for another 4 1/2 to the Luftwaffe.
