    Fake Jump pants on ebay

    Hello to all

Anyone happen to have seen this auction on ebay #390088962855 , the FJ jump pants made of Italian wool , IMO it is a very well made fake , betrayed by the lining and markings . The material used however , the wool , is original .
What are you thought on them ?
A new type of fakes ?
    Regards

      Hi Jerry,

A word to the wise...possibly. Here is a link to that auction...LINK http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

I would like to mention a few things. Don't write these pants off because of the HG wrapper. The wrap was a dung pile, I agree. This guy is however a legitimate dealer who has had many extremely rare items. I have seen some of his items go for 40K, so don't think he is a dimwit because everyone is not an expert outside their field. He is not a TR person.

If he says he got them from a vet, he may have.

No..he is not a friend, but he is an honest guy ffrom what I've seen, who does make mistakes outside his areas of interest. He also gets some screaming items through his shop.

        Hello
Yes , you are right , he has had great original items in the past , but when it comes to these pants ( this is what the thread is about and not the seller, nor what else he may have sold in the past) which are highly suspicious and IMHO are just a pair of well made fakes , betrayed only by the markings and lining . The fact that they used real Italian wool , is just scary and would burn a lot of people if aged .

I agree with all you have said. I didn't even really look at the pants as I am not a pants person so to say.

I just didn't want all his items to be deemed questionable by name association like a Snyder or TR Depot.

          All points taken.
