Luftwaffe barracks locker and .... bed

Would like to share with one of my last aquisitions - Luftwaffe barracks locker with bed. Both items from the same place - together for last 70 years...
Curiously, Fl.U.V marking is only with first two digits of the year.

I love it - much more then IKEA furniture

    Regards
    Marcin

          Great pieces!
And it looks like they still have their original finish.

          Congratulations Marcin

Very nice! We should start a "Furniture" thread!

Is the bed marked? I bought a LW aluminiumbed, but can`t find any markings.

              Regards

Nice, would you happen to have pictures of it back then in WWII era?
Like, What items were placed and where? I'm pretty sure the horizontal bar was for hanging uniform such as blouse, trousers and Jacket. But what about the "locked" compartment?

                  Thank you.

NVM, found some in google image search.

I had the same idea, but my spind is too big to fit in my flat

But I will be moving soon and then it should be all systems go!

My spind is not marked however and has an internal door missing.

There is a double locker in a second hand shop not far from me. It has no markings but its a good one .
I havent asked the price because I have nowhere to put it. When I move I may just go and buy it.

interestingly both early war lockers...the oatmeal hbt fatigues putting in an appearance (what were they wearing when they took these shots, just heer underpants?)...anyone have later pics of same lockers with the green hbt fatigues...?

I also notice that in both pics the Mauser 98k is placed inside them too.
