Luftwaffe Belt

Hi,

I believe this is a Luftwaffe Belt and Buckle with 3 ammo bags.

The ammo bags are connected as one item. The Leather part connected to the buckle is stamped 1937.

The Belt leather has a 95 on it. Perhaps that means 95 centimeters for the belt length. 95cm = 37.4 inches. I would say the belt is about a 30 inch waist.

Can someone provide more info about this item?

I am new to this very informative website.

1st pattern Luftwaffe aluminium buckle, looks like dated 1937
usual middle/late war M1911 ammo pouches
genuine Luftwaffe belt with stitchings of the tongue invisible from the outside of the belt
Two german middle war D-rings

This belt also came with a .32 cal ACP or 7.35mm Mauser (double action) with holster. I am not sure if the Mauser and holster are from this belt originally.
