Opinions tropical high knee boots

Hello All

Are these boots both world war 2 german high knee boots ? As you maybe can see it actually are two different boots. One is a litte bit bigger than the other one (31 versus 30 ½) and also they differ a little bit in brown colour. They both have the sizes inkt-printed in the canvas. The 30 1/2 boot has also some info stamped into the leather.
