Luftwaffe badge, can only find one other similar

Please can you tell me a bit more about this badge please? I can only find one other online at the moment, so I am guessing it not so common. I believe that it is marked F.& CO on rear.

They're not badges, but enlisted 1937 pattern visor cap eagles. Common, maybe $45 for examples with intact prongs

Hi Ian & welcome to the forum

Gene is right on the button; Luftwaffe enlisted cap eagle and very common. There are 2 versions of this bird. The earlier "droop tail" version shown in the top line and the second pattern like yours & Ron's shown in the second line of the attached picture. Mostly found in aluminum & zink depending on the period and produced by a number of manufacturers so there are variations
