Original contract produced EM/NCO Tuchrock with what looks like post-war officer's collar piping, original collar tabs, and original eagle applied (hard to say when unless you burn a piece of thread and it's polyester - then you know it's postwar application). I'd say it is anyway based on the collar piping.
