Looking for some opinions on this chained stiched DLV patch. Haven't handled many of these, it does not glow.

Size? off a DLV pennant.

It is 4 1/2 inches in length and 2 3/8 inches in height, It could be for a DLV pennant but was thinking more like a breast/sleeve eagle for a uniform? Thanks.
