Captured Dewoitine D.520 tail piece with veteran photo and note

Any aviation experts here? Came across this really interesting piece. Like what I see so far with the photos for comparison.

Clear images of actual Dewoitine D520 aircraft show horizontal creases in the sheet metal on the tail plane. Those creases aren't apparent on the section of sheet metal with the Swastika that you have presented.
