Original probably a Heer intended coat with collar hook, there was a good deal of cross service use with these. Most were some shade of gray but some had definite green hue or blue color so service better guessed with those.
This one has some condition issues so rough value guess would be $350 plus or minus. Really nice ones can bring 2 and 3 times that range. -
