The 3 white ones are Oberleutnant for Hermann Göring division. The brown one is for signal.

IMO, a pair of the HG tabs would run in the upper $200s to $300. I paid $300 for my HG Oberleutnant tabs. Although Luft tab collecting is a niche field the HG insignia appeals to broader range of collectors.
