Brown piped brown strap with LW tresse?

Can’t find this in any of my references or online, thought it might be RAD but their straps have different tresse and black piping.
Can anybody ID this one?

Thanks! They came as a mismatched pair, longer strap has wool piping. Brown is listed as propaganda for OT, was it used for Transportkorps Speer as well?
(Using Davis’ badges and insignia book as reference).
