LW Norge ring 1940 - detailed identification please help

Hi, I had my life's success this weekend. I found this ring. Can I ask you for help with detailed identification? The year 1940 was mostly mentioned on the front. However, this ring has II (Maybe D) and the number 33. Inside is a Stavanger 1940 engraved and a hallmark 830S and VT.

Hello, I can swear to you on the life of my family that I dug this badge here in the Czech Republic yesterday. In sandy soil and in addition the silver will remain perfectly preserved. :-D

I wonder what it can mean II and 33
      ???

Were you able to clean it? If so, please post some more photos.

                    Hello Gaspare,

you probably haven’t seen as many of them as it might seem. This ring looks like this because it was in sandy soil. The condition of the dug rings depends on the soil, the access of oxygen, etc.
I have a silver ring, in appearance which you can’t say at all that it is dug up. However, this is so.

Very nice ring and a great find Congratulations!

                    Best regards,
                    Sergey

Serge, I've seen many over the years in all sorts of soils. Had the pleasure to be the cleaner of many such pieces. Digs are exciting to see. Its amazing that most of the items found are of no value. Makes it special when the belt buckle, ring, badge, pistol etc. comes up!

                        - and P., " swear to you on the life of my family " ,,, Wow, not really needed here my friend,,they're not your lives... Besides that and being dug have and never will be a provenance...

It was just my opinion that it didn't look dug.. It's a known pattern and still good to see something like that no matter where it came from..
