Honor Goblet group awarded to DKiG Pilot For Sale
Awarded to Leutnant Bernhard Luchtradt – Me-110 recon pilot in 7.(h)/Lg 2.
This Ehrenpokal was awarded on 11 June 1942. It is in very fine condition, no dings or dents, showing a nice patina. It bears the correct markings on the base for the only firm that produced the Honor Goblets: “Joh.Wagner&Sohn; Feinsilber – Alpaka-Auflage.”
He had received the Iron Cross 2nd class on 24 June 1940; Iron Cross 1st class on 6 August 1941. Promoted to OberLtn. He was awarded the German Cross in Gold on 1 April 1943. He also held the Frontflugspangen for recon in bronze, silver & gold as well as the Russian front medal.
The group includes his ORIGINAL well-worn soldbuch with photograph and complete english translation. (missing one page); his ORIGINAL German Cross in Gold document & his ORIGINAL Iron Cross 1st class document, both are in excellent condition.
