Received these in a pilot's grouping - WWI Vet as well as WWII. Curious to know more about them; what era, what they represent? Thank you!

Hi Eric - these look to me to be flyer's shoulder boards for a Leutnant, possibly Bavarian (if the chevrons are blue), first world war era.
