Luft DREHZAHLMESSER ...tachometer

Hi all
I just acquired this Luft tachometer. The exact model # is 20269. I believe these were used in the Focke Wulf D9, but wonder if they were also used in any Messerschmitt ME109 variants?
Any help would be appreciated.

not extensively used. But used in the Bf109 G10/U4 for instance.
