The lid is very corroded unfortunately even after cleaning. I can't do any miracle with it but I presume you know it's a rare item even in bad condition. I will send some pictures in the next days.

This mine is often found in Norway but do you know if this one has been found in other country ?

Is your metal lid the one that covers the entire concrete body?

The one I have has a wood cover (sort of link a schumine) and then a metal front portion that covers the fuze.
