The black marking on the bullet reminds me of the well known B-patronen.
    And explosive is quite universal...

Yep, no doubt explosive and incendiary, in Croatian, according to Google translate, Yugo production. See headstamp # 54 or 55:

        Lenght of cartridge..............................80.3 mm
        Weight of bullet.....................................10.85 gramm

In the bullet is lead core and case with firing pin, small cap and 0,4 gramm white phosphor (see Picture). On the target, pin hammered in cap, cap initiate phosphor and you can see small puffs of smoke in daytime or flash in the dark to adjust fire to your target.

        VERY DANGEROUS

I fired some B-patronen about 40 years ago against small trees trunk.
Makes a nice flash and hole...

A lot of things were still permitted in those days.

          Cheers

"are the reconditioned b patr 1 model or 2 model ?".................. I don't know that

"IS THE SILVER TIP GERMAN MADE ?" ......................... It is not. Yugoslavs restored the silver tips during repair.
