I have seen a 'centre segmented' M13 Kugel grenade...what makes it rare compared to normal M13 Kugel grenades?

Hi - I have seen a grenade for sale on a UK website which states 'extremely rare centre segmented M13' Kugel grenade - the picture looks like a 'normal' M13, unless they have put the wrong picture on I can't see any difference to all the other M13's on that or other websites?
