Hi Holmsey,

Doubt it as its got cross head screws in it, I don't believe they existed then.

Looks like a scruffed up repro to me, however others have greater knowledge I admit

Definitely a repro, my son has an identical one that he uses for his Living History impression. I don't know if they manufacture them this way on purpose, but the section of handle with the stamp on it is slightly longer than on most original M24 grenade handles. I had to put it on my lathe in order to turn it down to a more correct length/profile.
