Tool for Glasmine 43

Have you already seen this tool for Glasmine ?

I've never seen it before. Probably a safety device......something similar to this one ......

IMO there will be used wooden stick. Using metal parts like You show not make sense - because it will not be possibly to broke them and initiate the explosion. Glassmine was anty infantry mines - they Must be easliy actibvate by foot soliders.

Frozzer - I thought safety device for sappers during the laying of these mines...........

I just saw one of those for the first time a couple days ago on a picture of a glass mine, but I cannot remember where I saw it. I do remember that the first thing I thought was how the mine would not work if that were placed on it. So I think Klarkon must be correct, it is probably some sort of safety tool for the sapper while laying the mine.

Do you believe this kind of tool was official ? Or was it field made ?

Field made tool..... . This is just my opinion.
I saw similar one made of thick wire, looks like fork with noose.
