Two bullets for identification + .50 questions

I would like to know more about these two rounds ; I first thought about .303, but they does not fit into .303 shells.
Are they dangerous (incendiary or something else) ?

2) Small bullets are German 7,9mm Geschoß S, (DM signed-WW1)
