Not an expert but could be made in Czechoslovakia by Povazke Strojarne Narodi Podnik, Povazská Bystrice, and Zbrojovka Vlasim, Vlásim. See:

Collectible value is very low.
According to my experience with old Czechoslovak cartridges, primers often failed.................

Shoot it up and scrub your barrel with hot water and soap, as it has corrosive primers.
