Ammunition for Panzerabwehrkanone 40 ?

Hi guys
I found these two artillery shells, but I don't know nothing at this. Can anyone tell me something about it. Is it up to 7.5 cm PaK 40?. All "empty" without explosives.

First is 7,5cm Sprenggranat Patrone 34 PaK.40 (HE shell)
Second is 7,5cm Granat Patrone 38. Hohlladung A / B, PaK.40 (Shaped charge HEAT) with wrong fuze - regular fuze is A.Z.38.

You've got two nice PaK 40 rounds. I collect Kwk40, not Pak but the shell are the same.
