Nb W 40 mH

I have found this grenade in Norway, a rare Nb W 40 mH. Found in a warehouse area and most likely, either German during the withdrawal or Norwegian after the war, stacked these in a pile and blasted them. This is in very good condition and it is only the top that is missing.

These, along with the NbW 35 were in place of the 12cm GrW 42 of which none ever made it to Norway/Finland.

I've found a few bits and pieces related to the NbW 40 but never a complete shell and case
