    MG or MP Bullet Rounds on Belt??

    Picked these up, believe they are German. Looks like the belt is joined together by a special link. One bullet missing. What gun were these for?

      Looks like an MG 34 or MG 42 ammo belt.

        Yes, standard German MG belt. Do not shoot any of the rounds. Way too old at this point.

              Thanks for the info. What caliber are the rounds??? Of course I wouldn't try to shoot them [if I had an MG]. Just a cool display.

                7.92 x 57, or 8 Mauser. Standard German ammo from late XIXth century till post WWII. Used in many other countries.
