Help Identifying 2 projectiles 88mm

Looking for some info on these two projectiles. The one with the higher driving bands has the 23/28 fuze. The yellow one with the low driving bands will not accept the 23/28 fuze the threads look finer. What fuze will work on the yellow one and what type of projectiles do I have? I would like to get an impact type fuze for the yellow one.

Hmmm I will try to clean up the threads may they are damaged.
