88mm round evaluation

I've had this 88mm round for many years but really don't know much about it, or how much it is currently worth on the market. I would appreciate some honest assessments of what I have here as I might be looking to move it.

I assume it's been repainted, but base that just on the glossy appearance. Not even sure if that matters with these.
