    WW2 J Feder 504 sabotage detonator timer

Thank you for accepting me on this forum. This is only to advise anyone looking for a Feder 504 timer, that I have unearthed what I believe to be one, in my attic. Due to changing circumstance I will have to pop it on Ebay UK soon, for sale in the UK as I would not trust such an item through world wide Customs these days. A car engine I sent to the USA had to be labelled EXPLOSIVE DEVICE very clearly on every side!

Anyway, this timer is in unusually good visual condition and the clock ticks but I don't know if the rest is working. It winds up OK and the clock sets but I have not seen a movement from the firing pin but I may have accidentally locked it or not reset it, assuming such a device could be reset. If it did its job it probably would not be there to reset. It certainly is a superb bit of engineering.

There should be FOUR photos here but when I review I only see two. Sorry.

Sorry Klarkon, I have given up displaying images. I was unable to simply download them from my PC. I had to sign up with Drop Box so I could insert them as URLs. Then it would only accept two and not four and there was no display. Normally I never have a problem with pics on forums, they download from my PC.

Anyway, just after 7pm GMT, the photos will be displayed on Ebay UK under

"German WW2 J.Feder 504 long delay sabotage timer."
