How rare are the S-Mine 44 (S.Mi.44)

I've been looking for a nice S-Mine 44 to add to my collection, but have not found any references on the web to one being available, or one having sold recently. Are these a rare item? Also, if I do find one, any idea what a fair price would be (without the S.Mi.Z.44 which I know is extremely rare)?

Hi,

These are my two mines, not fully complete YET but getting there.
Still missing the coil spring ignitor wire and the inner sleeve. I have the sleeve coming.
Both units marked 11 brc 44

I assume you are on the lookout for a S.Mi.Z.44, but I know that is the rarest of rare munitions items.
