Nice grouping of explosive related items, I've never seen that particular style of 3 kg (?) charge before.

Fantastic find. I have also never seen the 3kg charge in Ordnance Tan.
Glad they were "saved" & not destroyed. [emoji95][emoji1303][emoji95]

nice stuff but the story is weird.....e.o.d. members would never discharge these things and give them in private hands
          best regards jens

the 3kg charge must be a very late one, made out of iron tin, not zink as the arly ones....Gil can you figure out a date on the charge?

                Sorry, no.
I read 944 but I'm not sure is the year (there is another white sign after the 4).

Excellent find - you're very lucky that they were not destroyed!

I think the bomb squad must have been a "private" squad ;-)
No Chance any squad in the world disarms explosives and Hands them back. They get blown up in a controled manner to minimise risks, very understandable.

                      Very nice Things, superb condition!

We can find many ammo dealers that sell all kind of deactivated items, so why are we surprised these have been deactivated? How do those other get to the market? I imagine army EODs must deactivate them before many are sold as scrap. I guess it depends on if they were in army depots or where and in what condition they were found...Sometimes you find depots in old churches in Spain just like these in the pics last January. They were destroyed, unfortunatelly, because they are a rare model of grenades and many were in good condition.

No Problem about being deactivated and superb items, only the Story is told in an unfortunate manner I would say. No importance, and as mentioned really nice items!

Another little lot from the same source.
The box has been reused, and have been applied new labels on the outside and inside.
