This is wrong measured 7,5cm KwK.42 shell case, I think. ( 75x640R, rim 123,2mm )
Only one shell case had dimension as your photo - 7,5cm FlaK.L/59 Rheinmetall ( 75x687R, rim 110mm ). This gun was made only in the prototypes.
