    7,92 amo box for 1110 rounds

    found this box with original zink and labels .
    only box of 900 or 1500 rounds encountered but this
    box of 1110 rounds are the first i ever see . any other
    in collection ? THANKS FOR OINIONS

      Does it still contain the ammo? It would have to be packed with just 15 round boxes as it's an odd number for 300 round battle packs!

          Unfortunate the box was empty when found
          I think pack of 15 rounds are inside
          Original.as i said in all this years of collecting
          This is the first i see

            The box that you have is for detonators. Later they are worn in ammunition. It is less than Patronenkasten 88 and 1500,therefore it is 1100 pieces of ammo.

              Yes box is outside stamped in the Wood
              1937 and maker plus Waffen Amt. I think
              15 round boxes where Packed in lose without
              Battle packs of 300
