    WW1 German Shell

Gday all, I popped around to my aunties to wish her happy birthday before & my uncle walked out of the spare room holding this! He used to be a policeman up the west coast of Tassie & a lady rang him one day saying she'd found a bomb in her house - turns out she hadn't Anyway I just wanted to check I had it right before I went back & told my him what it was, is it a 37mm round for the 37mm maxim machine gun? Thanks in advance for any help

    Cheers Brad

RED LION - Not only tracer shell but INCENDIARY shell . Inside shell body was incendiary mixture initiated by tracer.
