    Zeitzünder 35

Your opinion is a rare find?

    #2
Wow, that's a nice little stash of Zugzünder 35's with a few Zugzünder 42's, some Anzünder 29's and adaptors. I'm guessing that the threaded adaptors would be the rarer of all the items pictured.

Yes, with them being made from a relatively thin material, the chances of them surviving for 70 years are a lot slimmer.

After reviewing the first photo, what I thought were Zugzünder 42's are actually Glühzünder 28's.

Looks like some type of electrical connector, did it come from the same area as the fuses?

Yes, some of these parts, I found there, some of the aluminum tube sticking out.

These details have been with the tube. I broke off.

Those have got me stumped, I'm not familiar with demolition items bearing the crosshatched knurling pattern. I do appreciate the Druckzünder 35's in the 3rd image and the adaptors with the safety fuse already inserted, in the 4th and 5th images. Nice little find overall.

This is just a guess, but I'm wondering if those crosshatched knurled pieces could be the interior section of the Glühzünder 28 where the bakelite casings have deteriorated or been broken off???? I've only ever seen complete examples before.
