Help! Is this M24 Stick Grenade good?

I have the opportunity to purchase the grenade pictured below. Is it original? I know their are far more repro stick grenades out their than originals and I just wanted to double check. Thanks!

All original grenade. The stick is maker marked RR for Richard Renker. Cant tell the maker mark on the head but you can see part of the white waffenamt ink stamp.
