Betonmine?

Hello everyone,

I found yesterday this "thing".
Is this a real "betonmine"? The place is very strange - because I found it half in earth on top of the "Hirschberg" - Tegernsee, Germany (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirschberg_%28Bayern%29)
The hole in the middel has a diameter about 2cm - and the total length is about 17 cm.
(the pole is new)

Betonmine

It is surely not a regular Stockmine - the hollow room is not wide enough
to take the Bohrpatrone 28 as its explosive charge.

A local made improvised concrete mine maybe? Can you tell if it has metal shrapnel mixed in the concrete?
