No maker mark present or can't bee seen through the corrosion.

Hallo, my first m24 fcc44 head and 43fcc stick (I bought them separately)

Any one know when fcc started to use tan paint on part between the handle and the head?
third version of stielhandgranate was introduced in 1943, is it possible that they start to use tan in the end of 43, or only 44?
