BOMB.... or not ???

hi guys ,
found this (cruel made) hollow "bomb" on a scrapyard !
i have now idea what this is ,real training divice or home made...
it can't be filled with water or sand ,inside is hollow and welded together .
no markings visible .
if it is fake ,what kind of bomb it represents ?
who knows more ?????????????

Definetly not german bomb.

But i have seen same wing design bomb before,cannot remember which country it was.

looks to me like the us m38a2 practice bomb 100 pound.......dave

it was cut down at the forward end ,they had 2 hanging rings not 1

it is an American M38a2 practise bomb
while looking on the internet i saw pictures from other ones with only 1 ring (not cut down) ,how is that possible ?
