Identification of WWII German projectile / round cardboard case ( HA WAS 1940 )

Hello,
I have this interesting WWII cardboard case for large projectile / round I guess.
On the box has difficult to read inscriptions, but I think that the one ends
on "...derkart 3". On the bottom, the box is marked with: "HA WAS 1940".
The box is 31.9" ( 81 cm.) long and the inside diameter is 4.3" ( 11 cm.).

I don't know for which exactly projectile can be this case, and I need your help.
I also think that it has been used for Panzerschreck or for Panzer tank rounds.

It is cartouche pack(powder bag) protection tube for heavy artillery.

Propably for one of the 10,5cm field guns which germans used.I dont have manuals here right now to say exact model.

But it looks they to be rare, because I couldn't found any one for sale.
Can someone if knows, to say what will be the value of this container.

It will be great if someone know, because I will want to
sell it, but don't know what price should I asked for it.
