help for a 15cm shell (hollow charge)

Hi members,
Who could identify this 15 cm shell. It's a hollow charge shell and i can read " 0 nb" on the rusty fuse .(kl A Z 40nb fuse?). Many thanks by advance.

it's a 15cm Gr 39 Hl/A for the 15cm sFH 18. the fuze is th Kl Az 40 Nb as you say.

It is A type.

Internal parts(shape charge cone) says that. C-type has different shape charge cone.
