All,
The need for the title information is for a museum display with a surviving PaK 35/36. The designer wants to add some ammunition boxes around the gun (being displayed as abandoned). Time frame is 1945. Ideally, wooden boxes are preferred but my research tells me metal boxes were used. In terms of a stentil, the hinged top I presume should have something akin to "Patr 3.7cm Pak 36" on it in white with the box painted olive green. I have no idea about dimensions. One set of figures I found was 22 inches x 13 inches x 8 inches. Any photos, information, etc. is greatly appeciated. The boxes will have to be fabricated out of wood instead of metal, so if generic crates were being used by the end of the war to transport 3,7cm rounds, that would work perfectly if someone has photographs and dimension information.
