Short 20 mm German ammunition

I wonder what kind of 20 mm ammunition this is and to which weapon.
Total length about 18.8 cm, length of shell about 10.8 cm.
Is that aircraft ammunition or what ? Friends of mine have found this type of ammunition in the Narva region.

At first glance I would say it is for an Oerlikon AA gun, due to the shape of the case. It is HE (yellow) tracer (red stripe).

It is 2cm Flak 28 round with high explosive tracer type projectile.

Caliber is 20x110RB
