5cm PAK Shell Value?

Can anyone tell me what a good fair price for this is? It belongs to a friend and he want to trade it to me for some other military items. It is in good condition. The exterior has been painted black. I have seen these priced online from $75-225. I would like to give him a good fair deal. Please help.

With the C22 electric primer and in the very good condition with the nice markings it has I would say about $200.00 US. Any one else?

It would be difficult to determine that the primer wasn't a replacement.

Just a shame that someone painted it black as the base looks in good condition which would make me think the rest of the case would also been good pre-painting.
