Le IG 18 shield chart question?

I'm looking for good photos of the two charts on the left inner shield of the le IG 18.
I've seen several pics that show the charts but no nice detail views.
Can anyone help lead me in the right direction?

This is the table on the left side. Not very good, but it might be better than what you have.
