    As I cant post any comments there,, ( is this a rule that only the poster can post ? )

    any way,, can any one comment on the thread on the can,, the thickness of the steel looks to thick for me and looks like a reproduction can, or is it the angle on the photo?

            now we have a sharp pic, many thanks.....never seen this before...i am a little bit confused, yes the can is complete opend as so often .....and yes you can see something like the remains of the filling inside....

              mmmh, thanks for the better picture !

              There is something I don´t like either:

              the fat material of the threaded neck !
              Also the strangely red rust-dust doesn´t look good at all.

              Just my 2 thoughts and opinion.....

                Hi all:
                This maker gck, is one of the rarest to find in a can/pot, you can find 10 handles, (my case), from HE and Smoke, but always with other cans: brb, wc, fcc, etc, (etc is not a maker it is etcetera ). In fact it is one the missing "matchings" in my collection. But it is true about the edges of the thread are too width, but not rare. For me the can is good.

                  Hi... that's a much better and clearer photo... yes it looks good.

                  I have a full box of GCK M24 .. I'll pull one or 2 and take a few piccs for comparison,,

                        Here are a few for comparison on the threaded areas. seems the GCK is thicker,, I think that this is due to the way the thread was formed ( needed thick steel for machining the thread ) on earlier cans there is a bush that is pressed in from the top,,this is petal shaped and forms the petals under the can., this also gives stability to the thread when screwed on, I think that these are more machined threads on later cans than others.

                        on some cans if you cut one in half you will see that the thread is a separate item and is pushed in from the top, I'll see if I can find a cutaway..
