Another thing: The Glasmine is not complete until it has the small bakelite holder/adapter between the explosive block and the fuze.

"Ah, I forgot to mention that there is also another version of the fuze plate, one made from glass."
Hello Miguel, old friend!
That plate you mentioned is the highly rare SF 18 (with anchor , fitted with a pair of chemical ampoules like the To.Mi.Z./SF 1. Apart from the Spk.Nr.8 the ultimate metal-free ap mine then.
I'm new here; unfortunately simple members seemingly aren't allowed to upload any pictures, only links ?!?Last edited by sudelmuk; 02-27-2013, 03:47 PM.

Very informative thread with great photos of many different Glasmine 43's
Thank you for sharing these photos of your collection Mattia.
I have never seen the clear glass "40" marked top pressure plates, only brown, nor ever seen the metal grey-green painted fuze plates, or the zinc? color stepped-ribbed fuze plates...Very Nice items!
Just recently I have seen one of the anchor marked bottom pots with it's matching anchor marked top plate.....I have in my collection one of these anchor marked top plates, but not the bottom pot I have a 4 ring brown 40 marked also.
Also just recently I've seen the VERY Rare! anchor marked SF18 glass fuze plate with the glass ampoule fuze member sudelmuk mentions....an amazingly rare Glasmine part. I agree a Glasmine with this plate and fuze was the ultimate metal-free mine.
I have enjoyed lurking and learning here for quite a while, but I am also new to posting here also sudelmuk...my first post in fact....and yes, you are right, members with less than a certain amount? of posts cannot add photos....only links to sites like "Photobucket" or others....I'm not sure, but I think maybe if the year membership dues are paid then photos can be posted??

I have been a member here for a while and can still not post pictures. The trouble with photobucket is that pictures can be deleated over time so the topic is missing picture of vital information. Compared with other forums, a bit pants to the user but other than that some very intresting items that turn up, makes me green with envy

Yes, photobucket and other links are not good as they do disappear after time. Many very good threads here of items of interest to me are missing photos
I will try to soon join with yearly membership to be able to post pictures. Photo's are very important to stay with the threads. I also think $25 a year is a fair price for all the help & information that can be learned here.
