Wehrmacht 3,7cm ammunition crate??

I have found this Wehrmacht 3,7cm ammunition crate im coming to you for help
Could you please specify what kind of ammunition was stored in it?
It says 3,7 cm on the lid of it and some other letters are fadded can make up the end of the Patr
Sorry for my poor enlgish!
Could anyone help me?

The second line under the 3,7cm was probably "Spr gr. Patr. 40" or it could have been "Pzgr. Patr."

I believe it is a large box for the 3,7cm Pak and held either HE or AP shells.

I would say it is Pzgr. Patr. becouse of the Z wich is still pretty visible.

[2nd amend law]

If we could get some dimensions and possibly some photographs of the inside it does not appear to be for the HE or AP projo's only but maybe for complete rounds. I have a box that held just the projectiles.
