Practice Grenades ?

Hi guys,

found three of these at an estate today, the fuze and body are all one piece steel, with a hole in the bottom plugged with a cork. First are they a practice grenade or prop, second I thought it looked like a Russian grenade is it? there are no markings anywhere on it.

Looks like a French F1 that got the bottom circumcised.

Thanks, I believe your right, here is a photo I found on the net of a French F1. Even if only practice, is there any value to them?

For me the collector value is gone but you could probably get $20/$25 at a gun show for it.
