Some collectors will "pick up" a medal.
Some will "pick up" a uniform.
Dan Griffin "picks up" an artillery piece.
Now, you simply need to have a large rectangle of plexiglass cut to place lengthways over the tube. Drill holes through the surface of the plexiglass on either side and run ropes through them to secure the plexiglass to the wheels.
Voila !
